This is to certify that B/O Vijaylaxmi Triplet 1 (Male), B/O Vijaylaxmi Triplet 2 (Female) & B/O Vijaylaxmi Triplet 3 (Male), is currently admitted in Neoclinic Children Hospital from 19/Apr/2026 via IPD no-2600271, 2600272 & 2600273. Babies are diagnosed as a case of Very Preterm 28 Wks/ AGA/ Very Low Birth Weight/ RF/RDS/ Sepsis. Patient require prolong care in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Approximate stay is around 5-6 weeks more.

Family is not financially stable. Requesting your NGO to kindly take up this case and support the family for bearing the Medical Expenses.
Approx cost for the whole treatment will be around Rs 700000 to Rs 800000 each baby.
