This is to state that B/O Unnati Shelar, (DOB- 29/09/2026) is admitted to Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Hospital, Thane on 1/10/2026 at 61 hours of life i/v/o Term/ AGA, with meningomyelocele (ruptured), suspected meningitis and neonatal seizures. Infant is currently on mechanical ventilation (SIPPV) and iv Antibiotics.
