I, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma, hereby certify that baby of Suman is
currently admitted in Shalby Multispecialty hospital, Jaipur Since 23.06.2026. Baby was admitted after LSCS in shalby hospital as a 29 weeks preterm babies.

Since 10 days baby is very sick and again needed intensive care including CPAP and total parental nutrition. We need around at least 20 days more stay of hospital for baby.

Diagnosis of the babies are 29 weeks preterm/ Very low birth weight (1100 gm), respiratory distress syndrome and neonatal jaundice./NEC STAGE I.

Expected stay in hospital is 10 days more from now and cost is around 150k as we are supporting them also.

Kindly assess this case because this baby born in resource constraint family and all expanses are being done by other relatives in family and now they are not able to pay more. Family is in poor state of finance.
