I, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma, hereby certify that Baby of Susheela is currently admitted in Shalby Multispecialty hospital, Jaipur Since 28.07.2025.

After first 5 days of life baby is very sick and again needed intensive care including ventilation and total parental nutrition. We need around at least 1 month more stay of hospital for this baby now.

Diagnosis-27 weeks preterm/ Very low birth weight (870gm), respiratory distress syndrome and neonatal jaundice./Bilatral pneumonia / AKI/Multi drug resistant sepsis. Expected stay in hospital is 1 month from now and cost is around 2.5 Lacks as we are supporting them also.

Kindly assess this case because all expanses are being done by other relatives in family and now they are not able to pay more. Family is in poor state of finance.
